SMS Consent Reference

This page is a static reference for the opt-in step of Chleno's Account Notification SMS program (see Account Notification SMS Terms). It reproduces exactly what appears on our live sign-up form at dashboard.chleno.com/signup, for review without needing to interact with that form.

Where consent is collected

When someone creates a Chleno account, the sign-up form includes an optional mobile number field. Directly below it, always visible, is an unticked checkbox with the exact wording shown below, plus a link to the Account Notification SMS Terms and a link to the Privacy Policy. The checkbox is disabled until a phone number is entered, and checking it is never required to create an account.

In short: UForester LLC uses this number only to reach the person who created the Chleno account, only for account, billing, and security messages, never for marketing, and only once this checkbox has been consented to.
